Shipping Issues - Fusion Studios will pack and ship your product to you. Fusion Studios is not responsible for damage which occurs in transit or in storage. When you receive your package, look it over for indications of damage during shipment. If the package appears to have considerable damage, we recommend you deny acceptance. If you discover your purchase has been damaged when you unpack the box, contact us and the carrier for claims.
Viewing Photographs of Art on Computer Screens - Every effort is made to represent the colors and textures of the art in an accurate manner. The type and age of your display and how it's configured, will effect how the colors, saturation and clarity of photos appear on you screen. If you have a need for an exact color match, please call or send an email so we can help with a selection.
Returns - We want you to be excited about your purchase. If for some reason you need to return the work, it should be done within 5 days of receipt. Call or email with reason for return. If return is authorized, repackage the purchase in the original packaging and in the same way it was packaged for shipment to you to ensure safe return. Return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility.
